The appointment was timely and the staff is friendly. I like getting the email reminders versus some businesses that call on telephone to remind. Although it is good to be able to talk with the office when needed.
I had been looking for a "good" dentist in the Temecula area for the past 3 years, and FINALLY found Dr. Tanioka. He and his staff are extremely professional, courteous and friendly, which is top priority for me. My first two visits were both a painless and relaxing experience! The wait time in their very clean, and nicely decorated waiting room was only 5 minutes. I am finally no longer nervous about future visits with a dentist! I am extremely nervous whenever I have to visit the Dentist. One of my New Years resolutions is to be proactive with the caring of my teeth despite how I feel about the Dentist. Natalie was very caring and put me at ease while performing laser cleaning. I have to complete part two of my cleaning and although not looking forward to it, am less apprehensive about the procedure than before.
