Yet another positive experience at Creekside Dental. Highly recommended!
I only marked 4.5 stars because there's always room for improvement....and it was just our first visit. However, I really can't see where they'd improve. BUT....so far I'm thrilled to find a good, honest dentist in the area! The staff were absolutely awesome too!!! My 7 year old who had a few bad experiences recently at our previous dentist, walked out feeling good about his experience there! Yeah!
The staff was friendly and professional. My dental treatment was done with no pain and good results. I feel totally at ease when under Dr. Tanioke's care.
Staff is always polite. If they cannot get to you right away they apologize for your wait. They take the time to answer your questions even though they are busy. Even the dentist doesn't rush through his consultations with you. Everyone makes sure you fully understand your options.
Nice place and friend staff
Sounds crazy, but I really enjoy spending my time in the dentist chair with Dr. Tanioka and his staff! Nothing can be better than having patient, professional and experienced people working in my mouth! There is hardly any "wait" time to see the dentist, and the "front desk" gal is especially helpful, professional, and friendly! The waiting area is also extremely clean which is comforting. For anyone who is having difficulties finding a great dentist, your search is over! I would highly recommend Creekside Dental!
Your staff was extremely friendly. They were sensitive and very caring to my needs. The dentist was super friendly and explained every procedure he was doing and made sure there was absolutely no discomfort at all!!!!! The dentist and staff calmed my fear of dentists, due to past experiences with other dentist. I will definately return here and recommend them to friends and family!!!!
I'm new to Creekside and was impressed with their practice. I was put at ease and was very pleased with the work that was performed. My family has found a new dentist with whom we feel comfortable and expect to be with for a long time.
The atmospher is pleasant , staff-friendly placing cutomer's at ease. professional attitude.
