Very positive experience yesterday at the in-person clinic. Hr. Heron was very lovely and staff were great. I felt truly listened to!

I’ll never forget the lady that helped me. I think her name was Alana. But in her office she made me feel very comfortable and in good hands. I hope I don’t have her name wrong, but she was very nice to me. Was not upset when I forgot my paperwork and to save me time came out to my truck with me to get it. I’ve never forgotten her great service.

Had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Barry Mitchell when he finally showed up on the app 25 minutes late and then proceeded to tell me my sound was muted. I held up a finger and mouthed just one second, I went to unclique my mic, so that it was unmuted but he decided to hang up on me. Then I get an email saying sorry we missed you, we tried to call a few times, but couldn’t get through. 100 % bull, I waited for 25 min and they couldn’t even give me one second to unmute my mic… not happy as I booked 30 min off work early for... read more

Had a good experience when I visited the clinic for an in-person exam. Doctor Heron was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. If only every doctor's visit was as easy as this!
