Ben and Omer seemed like nice guys and I had no problem placing a $1,000 refundable deposit to get them to come out for a quote. They assured me in a written agreement that the deposit was refundable and merely a formality but after cancelling with them because I didn’t like their quote Ben said I must either refer another job or sell him my land if I wanted my deposit. Yes, as absurd as this sounds it’s true. Don’t entrust a company with $100,000 projects if they’ll cheat you over $1,000. STAY AWAY!!!!
