Edrick was fantastic! Although t took 4 days to get my Roku working, the team never gave up. I signed up for their software insurance plan and it paid off the first day. They saved my computers from a virus. They also did several other little things that I could not have done which made my life easier! Thanks Roku team.

We had some very terrible issues with our computer and these wonderful folks were able to fix the problems..Edrick was our tech and he did an outstanding job.
very thourogh. a little expensive but seems to be worth it
