I got my computer fixed by them and they removed all the viruses from it and speededt it up too.
I experienced spyware on my computer and had a phone number to call a technician. I first spoke with Jay, who was AWESOME! It explained to me everything that was going on and that someone was trying to hack my computer. I was able to see all the issues I had and fortunately I called at the right time.
