I ordered a part thru Amazon from your store. The part was labelled as a quad core processor, however when i recieved it and installed it, it shows up as only a dual core. I messaged to get things resolved days ago and still got no answer. The part that was sent sells for roughly $40 cheaper than the one i paid for. Would not recommend.
Purchased a refurbished Dell T7910 from Tekboost in 2020. Product was as described and fulfilled my needs. The product was delivered on time and per the specifications. Overall, I will be purchasing from this company again. The best part of the company are the employees. Every time I have reached out to them regarding products they are willing to work with the customer/s and are extremely professional. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! It was exactly what I ordered. They even followed up to ask if I had any problems a couple weeks later. However, when I finally did need a replacement part, I almost got scammed. I didn't lose any money, but they said they would send a replacement part if I payed shipping and handling, after I had to call them back when they said they would call me back and didn't. Placed an order from TekBoost through Newegg and after the fact found that the listing was incorrect. Contacted TekBoost and their customer service got back to me quickly and was quick to resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend TekBoost to others and will definitely purchase from them in the future!
