This was the worst experience I ever had going to this office.. rude doctor, rude staff. Waited 4 day (in the worse pain ever) to be seen. They didn’t fix it or prescribe Anything for the pain.. went in crying and left crying nothing accomplished and now I just wasted my “covered checkup” and didn’t even get a cleaning!!

I used to HATE getting dental work until I found this place. Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever visited. I felt absolutely no pain during my dental work. Dr. Cruz is fantastic! Everyone in the office is extremely kind. Definitely recommend for anyone with a fear of dentists.
We are new to Bakersfield and needed a dentist who took Denti-Cal and new patients. The staff is very kind and efficient and I love that Dr Cruz does the cleanings herself.
This place was very clean! Not so long of wait time and the dr is very nice.
