Stopped in to see if they had a back rest. They did and installed right away for us. Top notch service.
Just left Ted's after purchasing my first Harley. the entire experience was 5 star. Tanner answered all my questions via facebook and helped me get my financing completed online before I showed up. when I arrived the experience was quick and efficient as Brian the finance manager likes to say. after my purchase I was presented with a Marine Corps road gremlin bell as well as an awesome tshirt. The ladies at the front desk were also helpful, they assisted me with my helmet selection and I felt like my needs were met. 5 stars.
Just bought a 2020 road glide limited and everyone at teds is top shelf to work with Thanks to tanner for all his help and knowledge in getting me the best deal anywhere around. Also thanks to kyle and Brian for for getting me the best deal possible.
