Good place to look at a car
Seems like a good guy, asked me to call back when he knew someone was looking and did not waste my time.
I found Ted to be honest and very reasonable to work with.
The reply was prompt. We have not had an opportunity to meet and view the vehicle yet.
Showed me a filthy, inside and out, ford focus. I spent only 2 seconds looking at the car.
Inquired about a vehicle, scheduled an appointment, went to that appointment, and they had already sold the vehicle two days prior. That's shady business practice. And I never got so much as a phone call.
This was my first internet long distance car purchase. Ted helped me become confident in my purchase and worked with my financial instution to secure my loan. Ted was no pressure and went beyond compettiors to ensure I was confident in this car every step of the way. Very responsive, personable, great staff,and his reputation matters, I highly recommend them !
