Easy and friendly
Dealer responded over 24 hours after I sent my inquiry with basic info. I called to ask questions and got a text response which they never responded to. I called the next day and they told me the car was being held for someone else and offering me a car that was not in my price range. 3-hours later I got another email with the same initial response saying the car was available. I did not bother responding.
I actually contacted them, but the guy, I believe Ted, was nice. I ended up purchasing somewhere else.
It was a good experience I'm still interested in the car the only problem I have is that the car was $0 down and $80 a month but when I called him he said he wants all the $4800 up front with no financing which is a great deal just wasn't in my budget I'm a little depressed because I really want this car

Ted Bent over backwards to help me. I just did not care for the ILX. Changing my search.

I had to reach out several times to find out anything. Talked with a sales manager said I would get Call. Still waiting for that call. See where they ran my credit 2.27.19 still nothing.
