Steve helped me figure out why my laptop wouldn't hold a charge, it was as simple as a bad battery. It was easy and painless
Steve does a fantastic job and is very competent and has competitive pricing. It is better to get him on retainer before you need him. Can set up networks and systems and also take care of smaller problems. Very helpful honest and friendly.
