I called to set up a waxing and she wasn’t in, she still set an appointment and opened just for me. It was my first Brazilian wax and she talked to me the whole time, about what to expect and other stuff that made it actually very comfortable. I’m very pleased with her professionalism and the results. I will be going back to her in the future!
