Toyota service I was in and out very quickly and everyone is nice....plus you have the cafe there which is an added bonus.
My last visit (oil change) I went in for an oil change because my sticker on my 2013 pre-owned Toyota Corolla (when I bought the car) said it was due. However, when I brought it in, they told me I did not need one. I was very confused between synthetic and regular oil, and confused why my sticker said different than the mechanics who worked on my car.
Rav 4 service I trust the service department to complete the work requested. Comfortable waiting area, clean restrooms, food purchases, pleasant surroundings, not too long of a waiting period.
Know before you pay They tell you if they see anything that needs to be corrected and give you a price before they do the work.
Back seat rattle After purchasing the car, noticed that back seat really rattled. Bolts were not tightened. They tightened the bolts and it was the end of the noise.
Charles the salesman My salesman Charles was very helpful. He was very nice to me and did a great job of telling me about all the features my Corolla had. I would definitely ask for him the next time I plan on getting a new car.
Eric Pleasant and efficient employees. Great lounge area. Work was done well. What more do I need to say about a terrific service facility.
Happy I liked everything with my experience with Toyota. Very professional and caring. Kept informed about what they would be doing and let me know when I needed to come back.
