Awesome customer service The whole Team Toyota experience is a good one from the beginning to the in. When I walk in, I don't even have to ask for anything. Laura Kee, the service manager, usually will say Hi and get my car started to be worked on. Once my car gets started, the mechanic, Jim Pensinger, will come out and let me know exactly whats wrong with my car. Not to mention that he has a really great way to explain in simple terms whats wrong with my car. Awesome customer service!

Knowledgeable and friendly service Shopping for a car is a huge expense and a big decision. I've dealt with Team Toyota Langhorne before, it's a good experience. If you go in with your research and the right attitude, and you know your bottom line then there is no "BS." Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly.

Great service My service rep is fantastic. He explains everything that is being done to my vehicle and does not try to oversell. It was a surprise that I was able to get my vehicle in for an oil change on the same day within hours of when I called.
Maintenance service Everything is always very well organized and the wait is minimal. The personnel is very cordial and ready to help you with anything.
