Customer service representatives will discuss all problem in a car, explain what they need to do to fix the problem . Only after whole information they will start . It's very important to know time frame and price .

Drove 80 miles to buy our car Sales person, Rich Magaziner was excellent ,he was very knowledgeable about the car we wanted. He worked hard. We trade in our car we drove there and drove home our new used Toyota. The financial man was very professional also.
