Courteous staff who will do what it takes! – When it came time to trade in the mom ride for a car that was more my style I knew exactly where to go!! Steve Exceen at Team Mazda got me into my car within an hour of walking onto the lot, he made sure my car matched my personality and did what it took to get me into the car I wanted!! Thanks Team!!

Best Car Lot Around! – I went to Team Mazda to purchase my very first newer car! I had a great experience there! They are all super friendly but Jennifer Jerome is a very good person! She's not pushy but she wants to get you into something that you want! They work with everyone no matter what credit history! Just go see her and she will help you find your car!

Their people were friendly and easy to work with. Had to take my car in for service and they worked through all my concerns.
Extremely helpful and understanding – After experiencing serious financial hardship my credit was trashed. I first stopped at a couple of other stores only to be told that I couldn't buy anything and was made to feel as if I was wasting their time. I called Team and they were completely understanding of my situation and helped me get into a good used car. They were just willing to work with me when no one else even seemed to try. I'll definitely be headed back when it’s time to upgrade.
Great Experience – I got my car at Team and was pleased with them so I took my friend there. She was having a hard time getting a car due to bad credit. At first she didn't want to go because of being treated badly at some other places, but I talked her into it and everyone we worked with at Team was great. It took some work, but they were polite and made us feel comfortable & really went the extra mile to get my friend and her kids into a nicer and most of all safer car. Thanks Team, I won't buy from anyone else!
A typical high pressure dealership, I won't go back – I purchased one car here a few years back, they lied to me about the engine in the car during the walk thru and I didn't read the fine print, they denied the whole thing. They got me into an extended warranty and when it was time to use it they refused to honor it, moral of the story never buy the extended warranty.
