Friendly service and kind gentleman. I was very disappointed after having drove 2+ hours and finding that there were MANY flaws (busted moon roof, broken pieces inside, scratches down both sides of the vehicle) that were NOT pictured or brought up prior to me driving 2+ hours. It was a huge let down.
I wanted to schedule a test drive last Sunday, The salesman Spencer said he would call me to schedule, never called. Then he sends me an email (no phone call) asking again if I want a test drive. Clueless that he was already in communication with me. I let him know that I was in discussions with a real dealer and he said "thanks". Order Takers.
