The dealership responded quickly and provided exactly the information I had asked for. Unfortunately the car turned out to be not exactly what I was looking for, so there was no transaction, but Team One Motorcars was very responsive and very helpful.
From top to bottom, a great group of people. I found the experience to be pleasant. However, the dealership sells mostly high end vehicles. In fact, the vehicle that I purchased, was by far, the least expensive on the lot. I was told that the vehicle was a trade in. So the purchase almost felt like an after thought for my rep. I don’t think the commission meant that much to him. He reluctantly washed the vehicle before delivery and only put a half tank of gas in it. Maybe my expectations were a bit high, who’s to say.
