Awesome gym, awesome coaches, awesome team. I've been a fan of mma for years and encouraged my boy Dee to get into awhile back.. now he's going pro this year. I started training last year before my wedding just to slim down a bit and fit into my tux but now I'm in the gym as much as can be taking bjj and striking classes during the week and on Saturdays.
