Team impact has amazing coaches and trainers. They always have so much talent coming out of their gym. I would recommend anybody young, old, male and female wanting that extra security of learning a martial art or have dreams of fighting in a cage or a ring that Team Impact is the place to go.

My son has done Jiu Jitsu at Team Impact for a few years now. Best.....coaches.....ever! Team Impact is like one big family with everyone being so friendly and helpful. Give it a try! It’s a major workout, but I promise you’ll love it!
