I have to give a big thank you to Nick Peoples at Team Honda on siegen lane. He was awesome. 2nd car he helped me buy. We were there way past 9pm closing time. And also Mrs. Cathy Decker, their finance manager who stayed late to get it done. Super nice, kind and helpful people.
Team Honda done something out the ordinary for me today. I bought a car from them two years ago. Today I brought it in because the radio was not working. After sitting there for two hours I couldn't take waiting any longer. Had alot of things to do on my only day off on a 21 day stretch. The sales department loaned me a brand new car so I wouldn't have to sit there and wait. Sales manager said they didn't normally do that. But today they did. Very disappointed with the used car department especially the manager. When I told them I did not like the car that they presented to me they just told me to "have a nice day".
