Just went through the service department to get my oil changed and I was pleasantly surprised. This was my first visit back since buying a car there from the awesome salesman Caleb Winters. Customer service was great and I would definitely recommend Team Honda to anyone I know!
The last two vehicles we purchased were CRV's from Team Honda. Our salesperson was Steven Dayton who was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire experience. I went to Team Honda and was assisted by Eric Bradley just recently. I was absolutely amazed by the impeccable customer service he provided. He was very knowledgeable and thoughtful as he assisted my husband and I and we did NOT get the typical "pushy car salesperson vibe" that we did from the folks at the other dealership we had visited. We will definitely return to Team Honda for our next car purchase!
My dealer, Cedric Webb, was great! I bought my first Honda Accord from him 3 years ago, and the second. He was very knowledgeable and thorough while educating me of what TEAM and Honda had to offer.
