Simple story. We needed to buy a car and were dreading the whole process. The folks at Team Honda made it absolutely wonderful. Chris Cosby made the whole process so uneventful and easy. My husband, who usually dislikes everyone, really liked Chris and actually told about three of his friends about the whole experience. He rarely does that. Chris was awesome.
