Our salesman Eric Bradley was very professional and helpful. He was able to work with us to get us the pre-owned vehicle we wanted. Kudos also to the finance manager roger landry who made paying for a car almost enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Team Honda!
Our salesman was not very organized. It took an hour before we got to look inside one of the autos we were interested in. We got there at 1:30pm and left with a certified used Honda at 7:00. It was way to long in my opinion for a sale. It mainly took so long Judy because of our salesman not being organized. We had to make 2 extra trips from walker just to get a key. I still love my new ride 3 weeks later just wish the sales part hadn't been so slow.
I had a great experience at Team Honda. Curly was very professional and answered all my questions. He made the car buying experience stress free. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home and we had numerous follow up phone calls, just to make sure that everything was going well after the purchase. I will definitely be back for my next car!
If you are in the market for a vehicle, this is the place to go. Professional and experienced team, no pressure atmoshpere, and excellent customer services. My salesman Curly recieve 5 stars and I will look to this dealership on future purchases.
I've posted negative reviews before, and was also asked to remove. I did, because the salesman, Izzy, gave me his sob story about not getting his bonus. I'm not going to remove this one, because I've complained about the way my sell went down, and that my car wasn't even clean, but all was ignored by salesman and managers. My car was never approved by a manager, never acknowledged by a manager, and every time I see the stains on the door and seats that Izzy dismissed as "Sorry, that just won't come out.", I'm still aggravate... read more
I highly recommend Brion for anyone who is looking at used cars. I couldn't have been more happy with the whole experience. Him and the team had great customer service. Brion went above and beyond to make sure that I was totally happy. I will be a customer for life!
