Delivery is late by 3 days from when they gave me an estimated delivery date
Will never use Kogan again if this is the courier used. Can't speak to anyone. Website says delivery was attempted (two days before it was expected). Took day off work for delivery and now can even speak to anyone other than a chatbot. Awful service. Very unhappy. If there was a half star rating then that is what I would use.
They should change the name as team global crap. Their drivers make no effort to do delivery. They would fake it and would claim as attempted delivery. I tried to speak to someone but their contact details and service is time and energy drainer. I ordered from JB hifi as express delivery and these guys made everything painful and eventually I had to pick up myself. Avoid these useless people at all cost.
I was at home, but I’ve got notification about attempted delivery. I’ve contacted customer support via their chat, no apology, completely ignored my complaint and just provided pick up options…
