Big thanks to Iron Oak Chevrolet for the help in my first time car buying process! My bank was a big headache, but they helped move the process along quickly. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE!! They hide behind TERRIBLE managers and their mechanics are faulty AT BEST! They’ll do just enough to make you think they fixed something on your car and then try to hide behind a warranty that they push on you that doesn’t cover ANYTHING! They are not honest people at all. They had a MASS rehiring and now like to play like they’re not responsible for the business that was done before “new people showed up”. They talk a great game but they are NOT a quality dealership AT ALL!!
One star… can’t give less or I would. Constant pressure to get me here, sold it five minutes before my appointment time and after a two hour drive to get there.

Rick Jones, Leonard in sales and Jim in financing made buying a truck from the dealership an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have a lifetime customer between my wife and me.
