This review is all about senior sales agent Violet at Iron Oak Chevrolet. When you call Iron Oak, the first thing you should do is ask for Violet. Her attentiveness, reliable information and clear communication is only surpassed by her unique combination of caring and professionalism. I have physical challenges that made the process of buying a car a bit concerning for me, but Violet smoothed the way and made it a great experience.
Stop by there asking some questions about upgrading some seats. No help at all from anyone. Didn't even offer to upgrade the truck which I mentioned. People were friendly but very very unhelpful
Was out test driving cars and came across an Infiniti QX50 on their lot. Met Jordan who was helpful and pleasant. Answered any and all questions which was refreshing. Though I didn't buy, as I had just begun my search, it was a nice trip. Then, I went and got some ICE CREAM just around the corner at Spoons! Fresh, natural homemade Ice Cream by a family own proprietor! Laura and Charles I think. As my memory goes and comes. Everyone here is always so nice & helpful.
*Read all the other one star reviews* Spoke with them on the phone, agreed on a price, drove 3 hours just to find all kinds of undisclosed damage and mechanical issues. Then to top it off they said they wouldn't honor what we discussed over the phone.
