They have impeccable customer service in their service dept! – I didn't buy my mazda here, instead I bought it a dealer closer to where I live. But I always return here to service my mazda because for one they are open on SAT. but foremost, they have impeccable customer service in their service dept. I would consider buying my next mazda here because of that.
Gave me a complimentary car wash – I have gotten my oil changed from this place twice already. I have been satisfied with the service here both times. The service department people did not pressure me into getting anything else, which I appreciate. They also give you a complimentary car wash afterwards.
Cari and Eric are the two best salesmen/women I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. Cari took the time to explain how the trade in process works and what I could expect. She was off work the day I purchased but made made sure I knew who to meet with and also called to be sure I was able to contact Eric and was satisfied with Eric's assistance. Just a comment or two on my experience with Team Superstores since Saturn is no longer. I have two Saturn's 2004 Vue and 2007 Outlook. We were Chevy people until a bad experience with "Shellworth" in Vacaville, but that's a different story. I have been taking my Saturn's to your place instead of the dealership in Fairfield, Saturn was good buy your people are better. The staff at Team Superstore are GREAT! – I purchased my first brand new car end of April 2007 at Putnam Burlingame. I don't live in that area, perhaps i live in the Solano County area, so i would have to drive to Burlingame and back.
