The people at Team Superstores were really helpful when buying my truck. A lady named Kary first helped me to find the vehicle I wanted and was a delight! ok, so i went in with a car that i still owed alot of money on and was worried because of how much owed..... but started talking with vince and test drove a beauty and drove away with it.. and rocco made that happen with ease on the finacial side.. and they bought back my car... man the feeling of a BRAND NEW CAR .... I went into the Vallejo Team Superstore about a week ago looking to POTENTIALLY trade my old car in and get something a bit bigger and more new. My car broke down this morning, I called Team super stores and Rocco Marconni answered the phone. I told him my situation and he told me he would do everything possible to get me into a new car. Rocco came to my house and picked me up and also bought me breakfast which was great. I would have been starving at the dealership if he didn't offer. I had a C230 Mercedes that my fiance and I had bought from Nino's here in Vallejo, and we pretty much got a bad deal. They told us all this BS to make themselves look good. Anyways I had applied for an auto loan on the Mercedes and within the next day or so I recieved a phone call from Rocco telling me that I got approved and when could I come in to sit down and discuss the details about the loan, I made an appointment right then. We were so pleased with Rocco's service. He is knowledgable, friendly, hard-working and trustworthy. My husband and I felt that we were getting the best deal he could find us. We had to come in late in the evening and we were both tired and he made the whole experience pleasant.
