Great Atmosphere, Great Food – Came here for dinner with a large group for the customer appreciation 1/2 price night. Everything was great! We ordered some sushi (which was delicious!) for appetizers and then ordered a couple of steaks and the sea bass for dinner. Food and service was great! After dinner we went upstairs to the lounge to continue drinking where they have flat screen tv's to watch sports and even a projection screen. Can't wait to go back!
I GIVE UP ON FRIDAYS – I work nearby and always tag a long with my coworkers friday (this past weekend was my 4th time) If it wasnt for her knowing one of the cocktail waitresses, i would never, ever be seen here on a friday. it is the ugliest crowd & the worst DJ. thank god for a talkative bartender to keep me company!! its such a disgrace because the music on saturdays is definitely a good vibe, i dont know what theyre thinking with fridays.. id rather be overcrowded at 1republik than have to listen to that press play ipod... read more
Food was great...but I felt tricked... – I had a great experience at Teak, but I feel duped. I took advantage of the customer appreciation day tonight, which has the menu 50% off. The food was great, and I had dinner with my mother. She offered to pay the bill as long as I got the tip. She paid $80 and I left a $20 tip. On the way home, I found it odd that the bill was $80 at 50% off. I checked it and realized that the gratuity was included. Not only that, but the gratuity was added BEFORE the 50% was deducted. The best looking place in Metro – Teak, not doubt is one of the best place to dine and hang out in Hoboken. They have a nice variety of Asian fusion on the menu and the prices are just right, Not to mention they have half off the menu on Mondays and Thursdays. Can't go wrong with that. great experience – I went in to teak with my friends and it was great. I recomend it tp every one who like good food and good music
Great atmosphere – Server was efficient and polite. the towers with smoke coming out the top were very cool. And the lounge was fun to dance in after our meal.
am going back – I WENNT TO TEAK THE OTHER DAY FOR DINNER BECAUSE A FRIEND GOT US A GIFT CARD THERE. ME AND MY WIFE HAD THE BEST TIME EVER. omg!!! – went there on a monday night, place was very crowded on a monday. AWESOME FOOD GREAT SERVICE – I dont understand why People dislike teak so much. It's an awesome environment first of all. The food couldn't be any better and our server was very formal. Like all restaurants there are those waiters who just don't give any kind of personality in there job, but luckily Holman took care of us.
