TD BANK...WORST BANK EVER!!!💩🧻 The customer service at the corporate office couldn’t be more incompetent if they tried! Customer Support is awful
TD Bank customer service is very slow. The customer service reps are poorly trained and take no responsibility for providing anything.
Your money is not safe with TD Bank. I sent an international wire for a large amount and it never arrived at the bank it was sent to. TD Bank says they've tried to reach them and got no reply. TD tells me it's my responsibility to contact the bank in India to get my money back. How is that??? It's supposed to be the bank's job to handle and or transfer my money in a secure fashion. I was told by two different bank officers that after 30 days my money would be refunded to my account regardless, but as the 30 day mark approach... read more
4 times tried calling today, been on hold for over 3 hours total. Convenience was on what page again?
the worst customer service ever, at least one hour before somebody answer the phone, they call it legendary service , exactly legendary disgusting
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you’re thinking about opening any sort of IRA or other accounts with TD, I’m severely cautioning you against it. I have spent weeks and hours attempting to close my accounts with every single customer service rep telling me something different! I was also refused to speak with a manager. Please be warned, if you’re thinking of investing Charles Schwab is great! Stay far away from these people as they truly have no idea what they are doing!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The phone reps will literally lie on the phone. The reps at the actual banks in NYC are incompetent and one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I even provided my phone number and was told someone from the Leadership Team was going to call me. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED. They are a joke as a bank in terms of customer service. They don't value long time customers!
