this bank take 6 business days for review a check of another bank ,I deposited a check of the Bank of America the last september 6 and today September 13th the check still in hold ,it's ridiculous .
HORRIBLE BANK. YOUR CUSTOMER SERIVCE SUPPORT IS AWFUL. WAITING ON PHONE FOREVER WITH LOUD MUSIC AND PERIODIC VOICE MESSAGES. DON'T DO THAT.
You are predatory. We received gift cards where the balance was depleted because TD Bank takes back $2.50 each month if the gift card isn't used, despite the expiration date being far in the future. I've never heard of gift cards accruing fees by the lender. That's a horrible practice, and I'll tell everyone I know not to use your bank.
I have a small business and get paid by wire transfer from France. Though the exchange rate ALL MONTH was at least 1.11 euros to the dollar, TD calculated the exchange rate as 1.07 euros to the dollar! A loss of almost $300 for my small business! The bank manager told me he has no idea how they calculate the rates, and that he had no way of finding out. Unless they make good on this, I am finding another bank.
If you have and account with them they will find every way to take your money down to your last dollar. So had about 9.50 in my account for about a week and they changed my a 15 dollar maintenance fee for not having 100 or more they can’t even give people 2 weeks to get there money right nope if you don’t have 100 before 8 am you get charged. Scumbags and that’s on my baby.
