I understand that we are in a pandemic and certain precautions need to be taken, safety is the number 1 priority. That being said, the system that was put into place has been the absolute WORST, and definitely defies your motto as "America's most convenient bank." The operating hours of your drive thru are a small window, closing at 3:30 in the afternoon during the week, and only until 12:30 on a Saturday (you guys are only open for 3 hours on a Saturday?) The international fee is too bill a pill to swallow, I've been with you guys from the days of Commerce Bank. I do a lot of international travel and although I got the correspondence alerting me of the change I just had my 1st experience with the 3% plus the $3.00 for the non TD ATM and $3:00 from the ATM owners. This is too much, it wont happen again so I'm leaving for Capital One

I have good credit. Wanted to buy a Cadet Riding Mower. You denied me. Well TD. Let me tell you something about myself. I never take no for an answer. 10 minutes after your denial. I had my loan thru my credit union. Go ahead and call the Middleport NY Cadet Dealer. Just want you to know that you suck. If you ever offer me any loan what so ever in the future- Just know my answer is no. You can go Frack Yourselves.

I waited on the phone for 45 minutes in order to get the information to reopen my account after getting locked out. After providing all of my information and giving a verification code TWICE, the representative told me I would have to go to a physical branch during the pandemic to get online access to my account. That is absolutely ridiculous to wait 45 minutes on the phone to be told to go to a physical branch. Cameron, a apparently a supervisor, was completely unhelpful. Customer Service is poor, would not recommend.

They have the worst banking experience I have ever seen. Opened an account, and the first $100 cleared of a check I deposited that was drawn on TD Bank. I used $40 of the cleared $100 and the next day found my account $100 in the negative. They tried to assess me a $70 overdraft fee. Now remember this is a NEW customer and I am already assessed a fee which came from THEIR stupidity. I also NEVER received a debit card and have been trying to call for DAYS.
