Not at all. Too many fees and never nice ppl to assist. ALSO- i changed banks and have never been happier. Bank of America is amazing! My parents still have TD & during these hard times with COVID-19 they are both out of work and bank charges $35 fee still cause credit card company charged before my mom had enough in act. No ones working right now..: how can u Charge fees right now during this?? It’s hard enough as it is right now to get food without working! How dare u!!

No service when you need service - see my minimum waiting time on phone and the person answered and put me on hold again - she should be fired.

I called three days in a row, and each call went unanswered after waiting more than 40 minutes.

They dropped the ball! All the banks were allowing their business clients to apply for the Payroll Protection Program a week before TD Bank did! They offered the program to SELECT customers first. However their website crashed worse then the Obamacare websites crashed when they were rolled out. They definitely are not Business Friendly. They inherited me as a customer when Commerce Bank sold out, and it has been downhill ever since. From now on I will stick to American owned banks.

Customer service answered after 1 hour 35 minutes, told me that she's transferring my call someone else. Now I'm at the end of the queue again. You need to hire more people for customer service and train them well. Call volume is not an excuse.
