i made a deposit over the weekend 4 checks for the same amount $876.44 they are from an insurance settlement. i make the same deposit every month, the only difference is instead of 1 check there were 4 of them . I received 4 because of the Corona virus. I AM TOLD THAT THEY WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL THE 31 st .OF THE MONTH I AM HANDICAPPED I NEED THAT MONEY TO BUY FOOD . Customer service staff is very inconsiderate towards customers who explain their problems and are looking for help rather I received a very curt reply from Carey when I Informed her why I really needed an exception to my OD fee! She did not even acknowledge the fact that I mentioned I am Not receiving my full pay because of Maternity leave! Try to hire empathetic people.
I had Money orders stolen and a branch cashed them, when they clearly were never intended to be cashed by anyone other than my landlord. Trying to get my $1,100.00 back is impossible and apparently this bank approves of thief and fraud when they ignore requests from the M.O. company for reimbursement for the past 2 YEARS......NEXT STEP "7 ON MY SIDE" OR SOME OTHER NEWS MEDIA OUTLET TO BRING ATTENTION TO THE ILLEGAL PRACTICES OF THIS BANK.......
