On June 18, 2017 I submitted a complaint with TCF Bank because a company took two drafts from my account, one I authorized one I did not. The one I did not authorize put my account into over draft, I was charged fees that still a month and a half later this matter has not been settled. I was told that the first person I spoke with on their customer service never put in my complaints. My check card was canceled by this establishment since they decided to issue me a new card 2 years before the one I had was set to expire, despite having not received nor activating said new card. They made no attempt to verify the new card was received or activated before canceling my existing card without notification. This caused me no end of frustration in the mean time.
