I have had a really bad experience this year. First, regarding the receptionist: I had already booked my appointment by phone call, and then received messages to confirm. I replied 'yes', but they continued to chase me by calling repeatedly. Second, concerning the dentist—an Asian male: he was not patient enough. I was there to have my teeth cleaned, and I informed him, 'Please check my last tooth on top; I feel something between the gap and it is uncomfortable.'
