My husband and I recently purchased two vehicles from TBK and are in love with them! We had a issue with one of the cars and they had no hesitation on helping us out on getting it fixed. Mark was amazing to work with did everything he could even after hours to get us going. Amazing customer service with care from both gentlemen we worked with! Well appreciated greatly!!! I hate writing bad reviews so I usually just avoid them all together and only post when something is good... however, this place, I feel obligated to get my experience with tbk out there. bought a car in july 2014 from them. I have known Mark and his family for over 10 years. I have purchased about 20 cars from him. My choice, I always got the car I wanted, the price I wanted, anything that happened Mark ALWAYS tried to make it right. Now that they do not do the financing themselves, things are a little different. However, this is the ONLY place I would EVER buy a car in Des Moines.
