Calls me saying medicine is ready for pick up, when I arrive it’s partially there, has me call me doctors office to confirm it was sent, then checks computer all to find out it was sent to them and I need to comeback when it’s ready. Waste of time, I believe they are hoarding medicine for themselves when customers refuse to come back for meds.
I've been a loyal customer of Tazmi pharmacy since they first opened, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The staff is incredibly kind and always willing to go the extra mile for their patients. They understand the ins and outs of insurance and are proactive in providing generics at low prices when coverage falls short. On one occasion, I found myself in an emergency situation and was grateful to receive free medication, which truly showed their commitment to patient care.
