I would steer clear of this dealership as they will not give you a fair price for your vehicle, speaking first hand of being lowballed on a vehicle that was superior to the one I was even looking at. A big waste of my time, got the lowest offer than any other dealership in town on a trade-in very insulting, I even called before going into the dealership to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time and brother it was a waste of my time!

Lest us get this straight....you didn't buy anything from us, we didn't take anything from you, the service department didn't fail to fix something and charge you, No money changed hands and we earned a 1 star review? 1 star because we have a difference in opinion on the value of your trade? If your trade is superior to the vehicle you were trying to purchase here, why trade anyway? Normally we will accept fault and apologize for "earning" 1 star....but not this time.

After a disgruntling experience at a different dealership in GF, I went to Taylor's AutoMax to check out the Golf Alltrack. I love the car -lots of great features, and the panoramic sunroof makes it feel almost like I'm driving around in a convertible (without the wind and sunburn). It felt like Ron Cooper (salesman) and all the other staff went out of their way to make me happy --and I am happy, driving around in my turbo-powered wagon!

We get awesome deals are are always pleased in the customer service we receive in the sales department as well as service!!!
