Our experience at Taylor's AutoMax was very positive and Jay Constantino took great care of us. The whole staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. We are enjoying our new Atlas and appreciate the fact that they were able to obtain mud-flaps for it faster than had been anticipated.
The parts guy was as helpful as anyone could have been/
Our experience at Taylor's has always been excellent. They are more than fair with trade-ins and purchase price, especially since we need specific vehicle needs in having a special-needs child. They always go above and beyond!

I had a problem with a low tire, right front...I came back to dealer ship and my salesman was nice enough to air in it. But the next day it was more low. Drove to Bridgestone. They found that the tire was not sealed to the rim properly! So it cost me $ 25. To fix it.

Nancy, we are very sorry about that! We unfortunately do not have a tire shop on site (yet). But we do work with several local tire shops to accommodate our customers. Next time, make sure you speak with the service department if you experience a re-occurring issue.

Taylors is the place to go. We were greeted and treated with much respect. Jacob griff was very helpful in helping us find our perfect family car. This was our first time purchasing a car of our own, he made it simple and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.
So happy with our experience at Taylor's. Never once felt like we were just another sales opportunity. Our salesman, Marshall, was very knowledgeable, honest and patient with us. We will definitely head back the next time we are in the market for a new car!
