Today we went back to Taylor's and worked with Jay Constantino. He was honest, kind, respectful, and apologetic for the way my husband was treated previously. We were so happy with our purchase of a 2013 ford f150. All I can say is we wanted to give our business to taylors automax and our expierence previous to today was not great.
