Embarrassing customer service. Poor choices on collecting credit cards. Discover really? Over a business card like AMEX. Bill and phone service never mention paying by check or checking. Call back a week later with a brand new VISA and they would rather a customer cancel over $1 than take the $65 I was trying to give them. Unfortunate there is no other service besides them. 90% of our collected is recycling anyways, so I'd be fine just dropping it off manually.
We have had nothing but the greatest service. One day we put the cans away thinking both cans were done and the recycling can came around and came to the house got the can and emptied it and returned it to the same spot. Its nice that there are guys who will do that. The last service would not have done that. Thanks a bunch for a job well done.

Taylor Waste is a wonderful company. Not only are they saving me money, but they go above and beyond what is needed. A few weeks ago I forgot to put my trash can to the curb. I just had a party so the can was filled to the brim. The trash man walked down my driveway retrieved the can and emptied it! I am completely grateful for such an amazing kind gesture.
