Taylor Waste goes above and beyond in this community and with their business. I've forgotten to pull my trash can down to the street, and our local driver has run up to grab it for us! That's service! I love their referral program too! Great job, Taylor Waste!!

I have been with Taylor Waste for 10 years now and service has been excellent. The Taylor family has been s great supporter of so many charity's in the Verde Valley and a great supporter of area fire and police departments.
Terrible customer service! I called in to pay my bill.... For the three current months. I was late due to unforeseen circumstances which I had no problem paying the late fee. Upon paying my bill the receptionist says we will deliver your trash can this week. I said no thank you I have made other arrangements. Then the receptionist says to me that's probably for the best... Im like really?! That's how you treat the public when I'm paying my bill. Great trash pick up. Terrible customer service. "Miss K". You know who you are. Talked to my wife and myself as if we were stupid and beneath her. A sales person whom this company hired to sell this service poached my wife to switching because they offered recycling. My wife specifically asked if they take more than just the can. Sales person said "Yes up to three bags". Apparently this meant for the year which he did not specify. We always have more. Our garden and weeds grow constantly.
