I am very happy with Taylor Waste. I've never had an issue with trash pickup, schedules or drivers. I always have the best best of service at the counter when paying my bill in person. I like that I can pay in advance as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trash service.

The customer service I received from Diane was outstanding. She was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful when I called in about my bill. True customer service.
I would like to recognize my driver Richard who went above and beyond today. I had forgotten to take out my canister and of course it was full. Richard took it upon himself to take to to the road and empty it for me. I just want to say THANK YOU. It is seldom that someone would go above and beyond to do something kind for someone else and that is exactly what happened today. So once again THANK YOU RICHARD.
