I strongly recommend against allowing this man to be in contact with yourself or your family. My family's experience was not a good one. Ill leave it at that.
Dr. Cook uses all available testing facilities to determine the diagnosis, and get absolute, concrete, papers to help his patient. Dr. Cook never takes a card from any insurance company or any government sect. This man is to be trusted, and he most definitely wants to help those of us who have no real voice.
I was a patient of Dr. Cook's for approximately two years for counseling. I found Dr. Cook to be arrogant and a bit full of himself but I wanted to give the process a chance because I felt that Dr. Cook could help me. I graduated to group therapy and Dr. Cook became very rude and antagonistic towards me. He had done this before during our private sessions but it got worse during group. So I withdrew.
