RecommendedBrandon was pur sales guy and he was GREAT to work with and the rest of the team. We drove from Bryan this past Monday to trade in your Kia Optima. He got us into a New 2018 Sedona loaded. They did not leave until the deal was done. We finally pulled out of the dealership at about 11 that night. That is a dedicated business to stay 2 hrs past closing to get us in our KIA!!! Got nothing but the run around trying to purchase a vehicle from here as I knew one of the salesman... went there 2 times from where I live which is about 45 min away. First car I was interested in they told me I didn’t want and supposedly the engine started over heating as another customer wanted to test drive it but crazy cuz the vehicle sold... they tried numerous times to get me to purchase a vehicle that I wasn’t in the least interested in and I was told I was difficult. Chris was absolutely amazing! As well as Brady. This is the third Kia I have bought from Taylor Kia and cannot ever imagine going anywhere else! I have owned two Souls and now I bought a Forte! These people are so helpful and made the process very easy and quick. I’ve never ever bought a car in three hours in my life. They gave me an amazing price for my old car and applied a bunch of other perks for me as well to my new one!! Great Job Taylor!!
