Unfortunately I forgot to ask his name, but the man who helps you when you first enter the service department is incredibly RUDE! I stopped in yesterday because I went to the gas station and the gas door on my optima would not open. As soon as I stepped in, he had a horrible attitude and told me that he works on a schedule and if I am not on the schedule he cannot help me.
