Let's just say next time you take care of a customer you advise them you are going to run their credit or go drive their car. Lets just say the sales person Donny, Walked away for 20 minutes and all the sudden he comes back with a credit report. Don't worry it's not against the law to run someone's credit with out their knowledge or anything. And let's just say their manager Brady wasnt any help either. Thanks for the great experience. So we did a thing today and got a new car. Fayez was nice and helpful through the long process :D
I recommend Taylor Kia because they work with you getting into the car you want, the staff are amazing and if you need a salesman ask for Donny Palicki, the man delivers with with customer service and a ball the hang with while you wait. BEST CHOICE I MADE going to Taylor Kia. Thank you Toledo Taylor Kia team you are the best 🏻
