I was a 20 year old buying my first car. They came across very nice so I put my trust into them and decided to buy a car from them. Fast forward a month took my car home to Pennsylvania and the refused to inspect it because of the tires and rim size that were on the car. It was not a safe legal size for the car. Fast forward another 7 months go to trade the car in and come to find out that the car is worth less then half of what I paid for it. I fell that I was very much taken advantage of here. Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever had. We’re they rude? No, I wouldn’t know!! They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return calls. I’ve left multiple voicemails to the same person and have never heard a thing back. I’ve had the phone directory people call every possible line at this location and NOTHING. I’m simply trying to cancel (a time sensitive no less) warranty bc it’s covered NOTHING for the car I bought. How can I accomplish that if they refuse to speak to me? Never using Kia again. they are terrible people who wrongfully fired their employees for clocking out when they were supposed to or not putting their name on the schedule and then gets on the phone with them and cusses and yells at them , #John 💯😂😂💯feels kinda racial and what not but okay 😂😂he fires me for clocking out , when I stayed over to do a car I didn't even have to do 😂💯big joke this guy is .... then when I called to talk to him I get cussed at , yelled at and disrespected
